The February Foursquare Giveaway is sponsored by Remington Park.  To win, entrants must check-in on Foursquare at Remington Park on any Monday throughout February. Winners must claim their prizes that same day. To claim their prize, entrants must validate their eligibility by showing their smartphone to a Club Remington member, displaying the words “You unlocked a Special! Check-in on any Monday in February and win $10 free play!”

By entering this contest, all entrants unconditionally accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects:

General Description of the Contest and Eligibility:

The contest gives eligible persons the chance to win $10 in free play by simply checking in on Remington Park’s Foursquare page during the dates listed, for the length of the contest duration.   

Limit: 1 per person for the contest duration

To participate, you must be a legal resident of the state of Oklahoma and 18 years of age or older.

How to Participate:

To participate in the giveaway, participants must check-in at Remington Park on Foursquare (https://foursquare.com/v/remington-park-racetrack--casino/4b058680f964a520576422e3/updates) on any Monday throughout February, 2014.

To claim their prize, entrants must validate their eligibility by showing their smartphone to a Club Remington member.

Entrants in the Remington Park February Foursquare Giveaway can win a maximum of one (1) prize for the contest duration. Offer is good as long as supplies last.

PRIZE:

GENERAL RULES: 

- Must be 18 or older to claim the prizes

- Must be a Club Remington member. Not a member? Just sign up while you are there.  Membership is free and easy

- Remington Park reserves the right to remove any contestant or entry from the contest in case of fraud

- The prize is nontransferable 

- No cash option

Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by winners. The winners cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

Remington Park reserves the right to cancel this contest at its discretion.

Remington Park shall not be responsible for any possible technical difficulties or delays which might otherwise affect eligibility.

Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the promotion and a forfeiture of any prizes.
