Enter the contest by submitting your favorite photos taken at Remington Park this year to Remington Park’s Facebook Fanpage at www.facebook.com/remingtonparkfanpage . The photo with the most votes at the end of the voting period wins!

There will be 3 winners total.

Deadline to submit your photo is: January 17^th, 2014

Voting will be open from: January 17^th – January 24^th, 2013

Voting closes January 24^th, 2014 at noon.

Limit: One submission per person. One vote per person.

PHOTO THEME:

You and your family or friends having fun, day at the races, dining or food at Remington Park, casino, your parties at Remington Park; any fun moment you captured in photos over the last year at Remington Park.

WHO CAN ENTER:

Entrants must reside in the state of Oklahoma, must be 18 years of age or older, and have lawful access to the Internet and a valid Facebook account.

Employees of Remington Park’s and its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.

HOW TO ENTER:

This is a Contest to be entered during the period beginning at 12PM on December 17^th, 2013, and ending on January 17^th, 2014.

To enter, visit our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/remingtonparkfanpage .  Click on the sweepstakes tab and follow the instructions to submit your photo. Only one entry will be accepted per person.

ACCEPTED PHOTOS MUST FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES:

·         Photos must be taken on Remington Park property

·         Photos must be taken sometime in the year 2013

·         Photos must be submitted by, or with permission of, the original photographer

·         Photos must not be inappropriate, explicit, or offensive in nature or in context

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:

There will be three (3) winners. Winners will be selected by the fans via Woobox’s voting system.

Winners will be notified on Remington Park’s Facebook Page and via email on January 24^th, 2014.

WINNER’S SELECTION:

We’ll let our fans vote for their 3 favorite submissions, with 3 winners total. The 3 photos with the most “Votes” will win the contest.

In the case of a tie, Remington Park’s judges will determine the final winner(s).

Voting will be open from January 17^th – January 24^th, 2014.

The 3 winners will be announced on January 24^th, 2014.

PRIZES:

There will be 3 winners, determined by Woobox’s voting system:

1^st place: iPad

2^nd and 3^rd place: $50 Gift Card for Bricktown Brewery, and $40 in Free Play

REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES:

Each Submission should consist of the following elements: [1] One entry only [2] One photo only [3] A written description of what the photo depicts. (Not more than five hundred (500) words)

 Entries that do not conform to the above requirements will be disqualified.

GENERAL RULES:

- Only one name submission per person

- Must be 18 or older to claim the prizes

- Must be a Club Remington member. Not a member? Just sign up while you are there. Membership is free and easy

- Remington Park reserves the right to remove any contestant or entry from the contest in case of fraud

- The prize is nontransferable

- No cash option

Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by winners. The winners cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

Remington Park reserves the right to cancel this contest at its discretion.

Remington Park shall not be responsible for any possible technical difficulties or delays which might otherwise affect eligibility.

Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the promotion and a forfeiture of any prizes.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s permission for Remington Park to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prize will be released.
