The Retweet to rumble ("Contest") is sponsored by Remington Park.  By entering this Contest, all entrants unconditionally accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects:

General Description of the Contest and Eligibility:

The Contest gives eligible persons the chance to win two (2) Red Dirt at the Zoo Tickets by retweeting Remington Park’s Promotional tweet on Twitter.  The Contest begins on Saturday, May 18^th, 2013 at 9:00AM and ends on Thursday, May 30^th, 2013 at 12:00PM (“Contest Term”). At the end of the Contest duration, three (3) entrants will be selected at random to receive two (2) tickets each to Red Dirt at the Zoo on Friday, June 1^st at the Zoo Amphitheatre.

To participate, you must be a legal resident of the state of Oklahoma and 18 years of age or older as of June 1^st, 2013.  

How to Participate:

To enter the prize drawings for a chance to win tickets, participants must visit Remington Park’s Twitter page, (www.twitter.com/remingtonpark) and retweet this promotional tweet: “RT this message for a chance to win 2 tickets to Red Dirt at the Zoo with Randy Rogers, Josh Abbott, and Kyle Park on June 1^st! #BeOurVIP”

Entrants in the Remington Park Retweet to Rumble promotion can win a maximum of one (1) Prize throughout the Contest Term. One (1) Prize = Two (2) Tickets.

Remington Park’s randomized drawing will be the sole determinant of the winner.

PRIZE:

Two (2) Tickets to Red Dirt at the Zoo, on June 1^st at the Zoo Amphitheatre  

Three entrants will be selected at the end of the contest to win one (1) prize each. Prizes will be waiting for the winner at Club Remington the night of the event.

 Limit: one prize per person.

Odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible entries received. Three entrants will be selected at the end of the contest period to win one prize.

GENERAL RULES: 

- Must be 18 or older to claim the prizes

- Must be a Club Remington member. Not a member? Just sign up while you are there.  Membership is free and easy

- Remington Park reserves the right to remove any contestant or entry from the contest in case of fraud

- The prize is nontransferable 

- No cash option

Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by winners. The winners cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

Remington Park reserves the right to cancel this contest at its discretion.

Remington Park shall not be responsible for any possible technical difficulties or delays which might otherwise affect eligibility.

Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the promotion and a forfeiture of any prizes.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s permission for Remington Park to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prize will be released.
