Official Rules:

Promotion:  1 winner will be chosen at random to win an iPad 4.

No purchase or other monetary consideration is necessary to enter or win, and will not increase your chances of winning.

Promotional Period: This promotion will begin on Monday, April 1^st, 2013 at 8:00AM and end on Wednesday, May 1^st at 12:00PM.

Winner will be announced May 8^th, 2013, at 2:00pm.

Who Can Enter: Entrants must reside in the state of Oklahoma, must be 18 years of age or older and have lawful access to the Internet and a valid Facebook account. Employees of Remington Park’s and its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.

How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entrants must enter the contest on Remington Park’s Facebook profile page during the promotional period stated above. Visit Remington Park’s Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/RemingtonParkFanpage ), click the “Spring into an iPad 4!” sweepstakes application, then follow the directions for contest entry.

Winner’s Selection:

Remington Park and Woobox’s randomized virtual drawing system will be the sole determinant of the winner.

General Rules:

• Must be 18 or older to participate. Remington Park reserves the right to remove any contestant or entry from the contest in case of fraud. The prizes are nontransferable, and there is no cash option.

• Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by winners. The winners cannot assign or transfer prizes. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

• Remington Park reserves the right to cancel this contest at its discretion.

• Remington Park shall not be responsible for any possible technical difficulties or delays which might otherwise affect eligibility.

• Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the promotion and a forfeiture of any prizes.

• Acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s permission for Remington Park and BC Clark Jewelers to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prize will be released.
