Kentucky Derby Giveaway - Official Rules

Tuesday, April 2^nd, 2013 – Wednesday, May 1^st, 2013

Take part in the rich traditions of the Kentucky Derby by winning a designer hat by Lisa Tan Millinery ($275 value)! Other winners will receive a Remington Park package of dinner at Bricktown Brewery and Free Play to be enjoyed on the day of the Kentucky Derby – May 4^th!

Official Rules:

Promotion:  3 winners will be chosen at random, one of whom will take home our grand prize of a designer hat by Lisa Tan Millinery design! Second place will receive $40 to Remington Park’s Bricktown Brewery with $20 in Free Play, and third place will receive $30 to Remington Park’s Bricktown Brewery with $20 in Free Play.

Promotional Period: This promotion will begin on Tuesday, April 2^nd, 2013 at 8:00AM and end on Wednesday, May 1^st, 2013 at 12:00PM

Who Can Enter: Entrants must reside in the state of Oklahoma, must be 18 years of age or older and have lawful access to the Internet and a valid Facebook account. Employees of Remington Park’s and its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.

How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entrants must enter the contest on Remington Park’s Facebook profile page during the promotional period stated above.

Winner’s Selection:

Remington Park and Woobox’s randomized virtual drawing system will be the sole determinant of the winner.

General Rules:

• Must be 18 or older to participate. Remington Park reserves the right to remove any contestant or entry from the contest in case of fraud. The prizes are nontransferable, and there is no cash option.

• Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by winners. The winners cannot assign or transfer prizes. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

• Remington Park reserves the right to cancel this contest at its discretion.

• Remington Park shall not be responsible for any possible technical difficulties or delays which might otherwise affect eligibility.

• Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the promotion and a forfeiture of any prizes.
