The Be Our Crown Royal Lounge VIP ("Contest") is sponsored by Remington Park. By entering this Contest, all entrants unconditionally accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects:

General Description of the Contest and Eligibility:

The Contest gives eligible persons the chance to win one (1) $50 gift certificate to Remington Park’s Crown Royal Lounge by entering the Contest on Facebook at: http://www.facebook.com/RemingtonParkFanPage .

The Contest begins on Monday, April 8^th, 2013 at 8:00AM and ends on Friday, May 17^th, 2013 at 1:00PM CDT (“Contest Term”). Each Friday of the Contest duration, which will be six (6) Fridays, one (1) entrant will be selected at random at 1pm to receive one (1) $50 gift certificate to Remington Park’s Crown Royal Lounge. This will include 4/12, 4/19, 4/26, 5/3, 5/10, and 5/17. After the winner is picked each Friday, the drawing will start over immediately. To redeem Gift Certificate, contestants must pick up their prize on or before the following Friday at 1pm.

To participate, you must be a legal resident of the state of Oklahoma and 21 years of age or older as of January 21^st, 2013.

How to Participate:

To enter the prize drawings for a chance to win one (1) of the six (6) Gift Certificates, participants must visit Remington Park’s Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/RemingtonParkFanpage ), click the sweepstakes application “Be Our Crown Royal Lounge VIP”, then follow the directions for Contest entry.

Entrants in the Shortcut to the “Be Our Crown Royal Lounge VIP” Promotion can win a maximum of one (1) pize throughout the Contest Term.

Remington Park and Woobox’s randomized virtual drawing system will be the sole determinant of the winner.

PRIZES:

Six (6) $50 Crown Royal Lounge gift certificates will be randomly awarded, at a rate of one (1) each Friday at 1pm throughout the Contest Term.

One entry will be selected on each of the designated draw days to win one (1) $50 Crown Royal Lounge gift certificate. Prizes will be awaiting winners at Club Remington each Friday by 2pm during the duration of the contest. To redeem Golden Ticket, contestants must pick up their prizes on or before the following Friday at 1pm.

Limit: one prize per person.

Odds of winning a Golden Ticket depend on the number of eligible entries received each week. One entry will be selected on each of the designated draw days to win one The Golden Tickets.

GENERAL RULES: 

- Must be 18 or older to claim the prizes

- Winners from “Shortcut to the Golden Ticket” Facebook contest are ineligible to win another Golden Ticket on the casino floor.

- Winners of a Golden Ticket from the casino floor are ineligible to win another Golden Ticket from the “Shortcut to the Golden Ticket” Facebook contest.

- Winners must bring and present a valid state-issued ID

- Must be a Club Remington member. Not a member? Just sign up while you are there.  Membership is free and easy

- Remington Park reserves the right to remove any contestant or entry from the contest in case of fraud

- The prize is nontransferable 

- No cash option

 Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by winners. The winners cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

Remington Park reserves the right to cancel this contest at its discretion.

Remington Park shall not be responsible for any possible technical difficulties or delays which might otherwise affect eligibility.

Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the promotion and a forfeiture of any prizes.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s permission for Remington Park to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prize will be released.
