1. What inspired you to write I Win You Lose?

--- I have loved basketball every since I was a kid! I have followed basketball for as long as I can remember… So one day in 2010 (Because I actually wrote this song two years ago), I was watching a Thunder game and was listening to all of the stats of the game, etc, and decided that I wanted to write a song about basketball and the transitioning events that occur throughout a game, while "highlighting" on some particular stats and in-game situations that our team acquire frequently… (And naturally we WON the game that I watched, so that inspired the chorus of the song)…

2. Some artists have late-night jam sessions or brainstorm in the car. How do you write your songs?

--- A very high percentage of my song are written right in front of my computer… I make my own instrumentals so typically I have an idea of the song and its concept, and so as I'm making the beat I kind of have bits and pieces of the song done (particularly the chorus) before I even finish the instrumental… And yes "Late-Night Jam Session" would be a fitting description for my work because most of my songs are written around 2am…

3. You write all of your own music; where do you draw inspiration from when you write songs and what’s your favorite part about the process?

--- Yes, I write all of my music… My inspiration usually derives from my mood at the time and sometimes there is no inspiration, it's just something I can make up because I want to… My favorite part of the process of writing music is getting the chance to be creative, I love being able to put together certain metaphors/similes in my lines that make people stop and pause… … … and then go "WHOA really?! I cant believe he said that", so really I love to impress my listener that has a certain respect or liking for organized verbage…

4. What are the five things you can’t live without?

--- Oxygen, Water, Food, Blood & Sleep… LOL!!! Ok no seriously:

1) God
2) Family/People I do consider "Close"
3) Music
4) My iPhone
5) Being Sarcastic

5. What’s your motto or the advice you live by?

--- "Don’t fear rejection. No matter the situation, you always have a 50% chance of the answer being in your favor, 50% odds are very high so go for it."…

--- "Think before you speak in that un-erasable ink, you'll regret the mistake"…

6. What is your favorite song to belt out at the bar/in the car/for karaoke?

--- A song I wrote that features MIC (the other artist that I make music with) called "Presha"… Love it!!!

7. If you could go open up for any artist on tour right now who would it be?

--- Drake… Hands down…

8. Any celeb crushes?

--- Ummm… … … Katerina "Kat" Graham… =)

9. Ten years from now you will be………

--- Either working on a new album, working on a new album for an artist that will be then under me, or starring in some role in some movie (Oh yes, I can act too)…
